Typescript letter signed from Cecil Raleigh, London, to unidentified recipient [manuscript], 1910 May 25.

Raleigh writes that he would be happy to contribute to the foundation of a National Theatre but he has no leisure for public speaking until the autumn. He also writes Shakespeare "was a miserably bad dramatist" and has an "undeserved reputation." Letter is addressed "Dear Sir." On letterhead from 2 Brunswick Place, Regent's Park, N.W.
